About Matt
Matt is originally from rural Arizona. Matt graduated from Stanford Law School and is a member of the California bar. In 2019, the Daily Journal named Matt one of the top artificial intelligence lawyers. Matt has a BA in Latin American Studies and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
Before joining the ACLU full-time, Matt worked as an associate with BlurryEdge Strategies, a San Francisco-based law practice advising startups on privacy issues. In his spare time, Matt plays guitar, runs, and geeks out over air traffic patterns.
